Shop Homio – Returns & Refund Policy
At Shop Homio, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Because we work with multiple suppliers across Canada, the US, the UK, and international regions, we follow a unified return standard to ensure consistency and fairness for all customers.
1. Return Window
Most products sold by Homio come with a 14-day return policy.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your item if you want to return it.
2. Eligibility for Refunds & Replacements
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, your item must meet one of the following conditions:
- The item arrived damaged
- The item is defective or not working properly
- You received the wrong item
- The order was lost in transit
- The order was not delivered within the stated delivery timeframe
To complete your request, we require proof of the issue, such as clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Refunds or returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect product selection (wrong size, color, or variant chosen by the customer)
- Minor color differences due to screen or lighting variations
- Normal wear and tear
- Requests submitted after 14 days from the delivery date
4. Return Shipping Costs
Due to the nature of international shipping:
- Returns are generally not required.
- In some cases, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
- If a return is approved, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and sent with a valid tracking number.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

6. How to Start a Return

7. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
